🏡 House rules - Costa Almería Holidays

To ensure that all guests feel comfortable and that we can offer you a smooth stay, we ask you to observe the following rules:

✅ General behavior: Please treat the accommodation and the inventory with care. Report any damage or malfunctions immediately so that we can rectify them quickly. Subletting or overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.

🕒 Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: until 10:00 (individual times possible on request)

🔇 Quiet times Please keep the night's rest between 22:00 and 8:00 - consideration for neighbors is important to us. Loud parties are not permitted.

🚭 Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. On the terrace or balcony please only with ashtray.

🐶 Pets Pets are only allowed on request and with permission. Please ensure cleanliness and do not leave your pet alone in the apartment.

🧼 Cleaning & waste disposal Please leave the accommodation swept clean. Please dispose of garbage in the bins provided (see instructions on site). Dishes should be washed before departure.

🔥 Security Please close windows and doors when leaving. Please switch off electrical appliances such as air conditioning, stove, etc. when you are away.

📵 WiFi use Please do not use our WiFi for illegal downloads or copyrighted content.  Thank you for your understanding
