📄 General Terms and Conditions (GTC) Costa Almería Holidays - Holiday Accommodations & Long-Term Rentals


1. booking & conclusion of contract A binding rental contract between you (guest) and Costa Almería Holidays (landlord) is concluded when you make a booking via our website, by e-mail or by telephone. The booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received or cash payment on arrival has been expressly agreed.

2. terms of payment The full amount must be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking. Alternatively, cash payment on arrival is possible. Credit card or card payment on site is not possible. We recommend payment by bank transfer as it is safer and more convenient for both parties - no cash and no hassle on arrival.

3 Cancellation by the guest Up to 14 days before arrival: Cancellation possible free of charge. From 13 days before arrival: 50% of the booking price will be retained. Cancellation insurance is recommended, but is not offered by Costa Almería Holidays.

4 Cancellation by the landlord If the accommodation is not available due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. damage, force majeure), we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this case, the full amount will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.

5. arrival & departure Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: until 10:00 Earlier or later times are possible by prior arrangement, but are not guaranteed.

6. use of the accommodation The accommodation may only be used by the number of persons booked. Visits or overnight stays by other persons are only permitted by prior arrangement. The guest is liable for any damage caused by him or fellow travelers. The house rules are part of the rental contract and must be observed.

7. exclusion of liability The landlord is not liable for: Personal belongings or valuables of the guest Accidents in the accommodation or on the property Power, water or internet failures caused by external providers Temporary failure of equipment or infrastructure

8. pets Pets are only permitted in selected accommodation and with prior written consent. The guest is liable for all damage and soiling caused by the pet.

9. jurisdiction & law The law of the Kingdom of Spain applies. The place of jurisdiction is Pulpí (Almería), insofar as legally permissible.

10. data protection Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of processing the booking and will not be passed on to third parties - except in the case of legal reporting obligations. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
